Any order placed on the site and delivered outside Metropolitan France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

These customs duties and possible taxes linked to the delivery of the package are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If when placing your order, you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the package will then be returned to us.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery with Colissimo Collection Point: it is possible that during periods of high activity or temporary closure, your package will be sent to another collection point.

The carrier will then send you an email to inform you of the availability of your package and its address.
